REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ZYBS Medical Group aims to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health and safety regulations, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used medical devices
  • Products that come into contact with the body

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund (case-dependent)

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions.

5. REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.
