  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where possible

Depending on the situation, ZYBS Medical Group may provide:

  • A refund to the original payment method

  • SHIPPING COSTS

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or approved by ZYBS Medical Group.

  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing is completed. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
